ICT courses for 45+ ladies

In February and March we had 2 ICT courses for 45+ ladies - beginners. The
subject was working with office packages, social networks and facebook. The next level
courses for advanced female users was between 27-30 may.

Students were taught basic skills in computer work - characteristics and intended use of the system and peripheral devices, interaction with the operating system and navigation of the file structure.
They learned how to write and format texts in different size and complexity,  how to print them or send them over the Internet.
All participants registered their own email addresses  and learned how to communicate through programs of communication (instant messengers) - Skype, chat modules, etc.
Last but not least, the students gained a feeling for a global communication through social networks - Facebook and Bulgarian analogues, they have improved their skills in complete informational awareness through the capabilities of the world wide web.

Курсистите се обучаваха на базови умения за работа с компютър - особености и предназначение на системните и периферните устройства, взаимодействие с операционната система и навигация във файловата структура.
Научиха как да напишат и форматират различни по големина и сложност текстове, как да ги отпечатат или изпратят през Интернет.
Всички участници си регистрираха собствени електронни пощенски адреси и се научиха как да комуникират посредством програми за размяна на съобщения (instant messengers) - Skype, чат-модули и др.
Не на последно място обучаемите придобиха усещания за глобална комуникация чрез социалните мрежи - Facebook и български аналози, подобриха уменията си за пълноценно информиране чрез възможностите на световната мрежа.
